Situated within 15 minutes stroll from the village centre of Coniston, one of Lakeland''s more typical villages and only a short stroll to the North end of Coniston Water, famed for the speed record attempts in the 1960's made by the late Donald Campbell CBE.

The Guest House is located on the Hawkshead road (B5285), out of Coniston. Approximately 1/4 mile on the left hand side, on leaving the village.
